1. Need to be humble as you are working with experts in their area and have greater teaching experience.
2. Ambitious to push forward what we need
3. Need to be humble to show and get respect.
4. Need to be humble to actually listen to the teachers and start where they can understand and work.
5. I am not trying to be anything other than a colleague.
6. Being overly ambitious can set you backwards.
